Family Tree was inspired by the connection of families around the world, the love and bonding of mind body and spirit.
This painting celebrates rejoicing in life and death and rebirth within our family, where each one has their own way of expressing love and individuality. There are all colors of life. Accepting every shade through love, the family embraces all sides.
A family starts with one seed planted and nurtured. The seed grows into a tree where it then produces seeds of its own.
The painting is acrylic on canvas, a 24′ by 20″ oval, painted in 2010.
The original painting was a gift and is in private collection.
